Withdraw from your contract

Exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — no login required. This is different from cancelling: withdrawal rescinds the contract, rather than ending it at the close of your billing period. To simply cancel at period end, use Cancel your subscription.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the lynox Managed Hosting contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason. Because your instance is provisioned immediately at your express request, you may owe a proportionate amount for the hosting service already provided up to withdrawal (during a free trial this is generally nil). We will email you a confirmation of receipt.
